They and all their staff give true meaning to this statement in ways I have experienced with no other eye carer in twenty years.

Mr Chirag Patel originally took me on as a patient referred by NHS and has since diagnosed and then guided me through an emergency NHS operation on a retinal tear, another for a macular problem and also for subsequent difficulties with double vision. His balanced, professional and caring advice was given freely, always with my interests foremost and without regard to the time it took.
The prescriptions he and his brother prepared have resulted in the best vision I have had in many a year and were converted into comfortable affordable pairs of spectacles by Neil. Which were right first time - how often did that happen for you? The administrators, Bernadette and Emily in particular, have made visiting the eye-catching surgery an easy pleasure.
In summary, Eye 2 Eye are no-nonsense, customer- focused and highly professionally competent.

It was great to be able to bring my elderly dad for local treatment for an eye injury rather than have to take him to hospital following referral via the APCOS service. Our family were delighted with the prompt, friendly and professional service and the condition has completely resolved with minimal distress for dad. I had a reaction to a new eye liner, which left both eyes very swollen and itchy, I looked like I had been in a row with Anthony Joshua! I saw a locum GP at my surgery who told me to bathe my eyes with bicarbonate of soda. I followed the instructions and it made things worse.... I had a pretty miserable time over Christmas.
In desperation I went to Lloyd’s chemist in Allington who recommended eye to eye opticians.
I was given First class service from the ladies at reception and the optician. They listened to the history, examined my eyes and gave me a prescription... within two days of the eye drops my eyes had settled and were improving.
I would definitely recommend this service... it’s NHS at its best, no long waiting list, personal service, and easy to park. 
On a final note their clinic/ shop is very stylish and tasteful with an amazing selection of glasses and sunglasses!
10/10 in my view!

Brilliant service. Have been using Eye to Eye for a few years for myself & my three sons as it's local and saves me dragging my boys into town . My youngest was only 4 when he had his eyes tested and they made him feel very comfortable and at ease. My oldest two needed glasses and they made sure they were not only 'fashionable' but fitted perfectly! They also squeezed us in to have a screw put back in when one of them broke his glasses at school. I can't fault them for the range of glasses at reasonable prices ( if you don't like te NHS ones) and the service received was excellent. Thank you!
